This is ade650 log from summer my temps drop when I hit gas usually and never heat soaks on pulls or under boost but when I let go gas and airflow stops even on highway cruising temps are higher on vacuum then boost.
A few tuners rec it to me and wedge publicly stated that he has seen excellent logs with ade650.

That's if you can actually buy one. Took 6 months to get one packaged so poorly it was damaged in transit. Another 3 months to get my money back after he wouldn't ship a new one. I paid to ship the broken one back...

VRSF took ~2 months but I actually got a usable unit. Fitment is a different issue.

Def recommend going through a diff supplier with good rep for either of them. I got very burned by vrsf with outlets on top of the fact I paid for overnight shipping to have them forget half the order. Then they didnt fit and they wanted me send then back and pay restocking at my expense.

So far everything i ordered from vrsf took less than 4 days to get to canada, so i have no complains there, inlets and 5 inch fmic all fit fine, dci was fine as well, downpipes needed a bit of work to get them to fit properly so hoping the 7.5 fmic wont give me issues.

I can not recommend PSP products enough. Fit is perfect. Performance is outstanding on my 750ic

For silent setup I’d go with PSP 900ic and call it good. Pretty sure he has them in stock right now. If not a 750 would still be a massive upgrade. I barely get 15 degrees of gain in the heat of summer on mhd v5 e40 from start of a 1/4 pass to end.

I’ll dig up a log and post it

Still on my CX intercooler (RX7 V-Mount). FBO w/ethanol and consistently trapping 121-122 in the 1/4. Total cost installed was $200 with all piping.

I really love the logs on this site. How does a forum do better job then a website that's only purpose is log sharing. #datazappedmyphone

I would have thought datazap would have smashed itself into an app as quick as it could, but I guess not.

I cant read their logs at all unless im on a real computer

I was doing 1/4 mile runs with a 5" ETS and temps went up 40 to 50 degrees. I installed the VRSF 7.5 Race and now they drop 15 during a run.
I quality of VRSF is crap and almost no install documentation with most of there stuff but it is hard to beat the price.

Have all the usual bolt-ons from vrsf, went from a catless dp to high flow and a 5" fmic to 7.5" but the only issues I had were with the 3rd party distributer the first time around, which were resolved by contacting vrsf directly. Ordered direct from vrsf and had no problems. And the 7.5 has been a champ.

I posted my experience comparing the 7in, custom 7in HD and ER competition FMICs here

Tentative conclusion: Even if you are only running 400hp-450hp, you still need the largest FMIC you can get if you are ever thinking about hitting the track. On the street, any upgraded FMIC is probably OK.

My cars FMIC history goes like this: Stock - 7.5HD - 7 nonHD - 7HD "custom" - ER competition w/ water injection and water spray. The benefit of the ER fmic is that has the same frontal area as the 7.5HD / large wagner but without being stepped, so you can extend the coolant radiator down behind it. BUT I have yet to verify if this is actually beneficial to water temps or not. I have mounted a ball valve so I can turn the radiator behind the ER on and off and do A-B testing next time I hit the track this month.

When I went from 7.5HD to 7nonHD my tuner reduced timing due to excessive iats on track. I ran that setup because I wanted to test having an additional oem sized radiator in front, effectively doubling the thickness of the main radiator. I no longer run that setup, as I am now back to what is essentially a very 1M coupe-inspired configuration.

Running the VRSF 7" HD, and I´m very happy.
I´m still on FBO and MHD Stage 2+, next summer I will see how it works with the ST.

So i have installed the VRSF 7.5 Race fmic

did a 3rd gear pull, started at 79f and ended 3rd gear at 79f ! So far so good. However it heat soakes like a MOFO ! ambient was 55f .. iats were at 80f went up to 104f in 5 mins of idling. Is this normal ? Another 5 mins of idling it climbed up to 122f in 55f weather.
