It does not directly power the pump, It can replace the Hobbs Switch and directly trigger a relay to turn on the second pump, power handling is around 1 amp(it is mentioned). I have a BPM4 running two 450s' together with a CM5-LTS - Water Methanol Injection Controller which can also power two pumpds directly! If I had known that the methanol controller could actually power a second pump I would not have purchased the BPM4 so anyone looking for a good water meth controller AND secondary pump controller this is a good option.

Since the outputs can be configured on/off and not just pwm, that makes sense.

As for utility, I don't use methanol or nitrous but I've got a 0-5v pressure sensor I'd like to hook up as an input for measuring crank case vacuum for curiosity's sake.

I'm hoping I can ditch my motiv ECA and the boost box, I think I saw someone say something about connecting to a Mac solenoid?

And can someone confirm this thing does its own data logging? If so I'd like to see one of those files and perhaps I can make it compatible with the sites datalog viewer if it isn't.

If I can get a higher resolution log of my low pressure fuel circuit that would help me trouble shoot some low end fueling gremlins I've had. I've got an extra sensor sitting on an aeromotive FPR.

Someone needs to do a reflex and tunerpro rt online class. I'd pay for it. I've had Jake from motiv remotely load the updated file into the reflex through tunerpro. I hooked my Mac up to the aux wire and got my wastegate working. I loaded the flex tune into my obd port. And I honestly have no idea how to use anything. I'm a computer moron for the most part. I found the boost and the pi tables and I'm guessing I can adjust them . But I won't mess with them now. I guess I have to log through tunerpro now connected with a USB into the reflex box? I watched every video I can find on either one. There is not much info out there

No I was not. I was jb4 for a little bit and mostly mhd

Wait, so your MAC is connected to the Reflex? Is it the Reflex+? And does the MAC have to been connected to it or can it connect to the cars OEM boost solenoid connector?

Yes I did, I have the first reflex not the plus. And the white and grey wires are aux 1&2 and I soldered that to my Mac wire and ran the other Mac wire to a positaps in a power wire and then had to go into tunerpro and turn on the aux1 input. I'm going to attempt to hook my meth setup into the aux2 soon

Is this how Motiv expects people to hook it up or do they expect to just hook the MAC to the OEM connector? I don't have boost box because I was told I don't need it. Just making sure I have things done correctly.

Yes I read in the motiv setup instructions, the 2 aux wires are for low voltage items such as Mac or to turn on meth or nitrous. It cant run the whole pump for meth too much power but it can power the on off switch I believe. I actually have a bms 4 port Mac and I cut the plug off to hook it into the reflex

I have been running the reflex+ In my N54 for a pretty good while…well ever since the plus version came out. I haven’t updated the software an noticed a updates have been loaded their site.

I do notice some fuel ossifications mostly in 6th gear but I can’t say for sure if it’s software based ….or a over stressed 335is style clutch. Or software update related.

I do have new VTT FRB+ turbos and the motive clutch sitting in my study…just have to get un lazy and do the install…not as simple when your pushing 51 on your back with jackstands lol. But really until I remove all the possible mechanical limitations I am not going to say it’s the tune or software version…once I get everything installed I will harass Jake for a evaluation an a tune.

But if I’m acting a fool on the road I’m typically never in 6th gear so the oscillations I notice aren’t noticeable.

But I can say for certain the current VTT billet CHRA’s spinning up to 25-28psi don’t like me very much 🤤
Sorry if this was posted by you elsewhere; are you only running the Reflex+ for everything? Or running a separate EBC w/ MAC solenoid? Is Motiv doing your tuning?

Sorry for the late reply holidays an all plus I’m actually putting the car back together installing the Motiv SST clutch and the Vargas frb+ turbos.

Jake and Chris have been handling my tuning an troubleshooting. “Troubleshooting@ as in my subpar wiring skills. Boost is being controlled by within the tune. The dual fuel pumps are controlled by the evolution race works BMP4.

If the surging is still present after ensuring the supporting modifications aren’t the weak links…I will call them but I want to make sure I have covered my bases beforehand.

Would be nice if there was some torque specs for the 9x M5? I believe they are M5 to install this clutch :(

Use 12 ft/lbs, they're M6. You'll want to replace them with grade 12.9 bolts, the ones Spec includes are weak.

I just emailed Jake. So...we shall see...my guess is the n54 is on the backburner as it does not account for a large amount of their ReFlex+ sales. Would not surprise me if we never see it. I hope I am wrong. Without the Can support it does not do much for me vs an AIC...

It seems they want to be a tuning company given all the ancillary products that have been removed from their website.

I'll be making the switch to PI soon and i was really hoping to Run a reflex. As it could run PI, flex fuel, and trigger my secondary pump also from my conversation with @V8bait it was a great way to control boost for single turbo setup's. I've decided to stay twins but still can benefit from a Reflex if the additional cost seems worth it. Maybe/hopefully we see can support soon.
