the yellow wire is the secondary pump trigger there is no orange wire

I think at some point there were 2 yellow wires... Trying to figure this out, so I know which controller I need...

There is no orange wire on the controller. See pic below from burgertuning.com

The only orange wire that fits your description is the thick 12v orange power supply wire that goes to the green connector in the DME box.
