Oh what a difference fuel makes. Didn't make any more power, but rail pressure holds to redline. No lean spikes up top. Consistent 663WHP pulls with no drama at 26.5ish psi. The POD works very well. Almost 700WHP on E85, and holding 3000PSI rail pressure to redline. Us, and Carl both agree, we are going to leave it here. Car has almost 150K on it. We do not want to push this thing til it breaks. We will hit 700 on a younger healthier candidate.

Worth noting as well. The turbos make 500WTQ by 3100, and are holding 635WHP to redline at only 26.5 psi. That is great sign of spool and flow. Especially on such a basic set up with secondary cats etc.

All we changed was installed a PFS double shot, and fueling is spot on. On the later run, we did lower TQ a bit in the mid range just for safety sake

3rd party results to come if people actually dyno like they are supposed to, shipping 6 sets out this week...

How safe is 600wtq at 3500rpm ? I thought this wasnt safe for rods, especially on a 150k mile motor.
Great results and not hating, genuinely curious.

Mine arrived the other day and I'm itching to get them fitted and see what they can do.

We will be turning them up on straight e85 to see what they can put out on the heart breaker Dyno Dynamics dyno.

Things are going to be a bit slow as my family business has taken off like a scud missile and have no spare time atm.

Not a bad thing but no time to play.

We love our VTT Stage 2+ 20T turbos, they have been nothing but flawless for ~4 years and over 30k miles (lost track). We beat the snot out of them, even some overboosting/tuning issues that were totally our fault back in the day trying to tune JB4 BEF. Not looking to upgrade currently but great to see VTT still pushing the limits of what can be done with stock location turbos! Tonys customer service was top notch, we had another supplier fall through last minute on our order and VTT was able to ship us a set in no time flat with 2 day shipping so we could get the car back up and going asap. Thank you VTT!

These things are looking great. I think by summer (UK) it might be time to give up the 17T and swap to these big boys.

Was also seriously interested in the PFS, so can’t wait to see how this all works out.

Do we think a single walboro 450 is enough for around the same power or should I slap another one in ? With a hobbs?

On the LPFP side, we (conservatively) rate a single 274 at 525 whp on 100% E85, but as can been seen above, a single PFS pump clearly out performed our WHP rating. Remember, WHP depends on the engine health, mods, timing, the boost, the A/F targets, etc. Aim at a richer A/F ratio and you'll run out of fuel quicker for a given WHP level. We always recommend leaving margin in your fuel system. If you want around the same power, I'd definitely recommend a double 274 pump, or at least a 295, which is a good 30% more flow on the pump itself.

Sticking with DI only, a great package would be a bucketed 295, upgraded line, and the POD. Easy (conservative) 600+ whp worth of flow with a single pump. Next step up would be a double 274, upgraded line and POD.

Yeah I think for when I eventually start turning it up abit. Going to sort out my PCV first, and a couple other little niggles. Then will message you about the overdrive. Will also install another walboro 450 so I can have two. Might even consider buying the BPM4

Yeah still waiting to see the details of what happened with that one, quite a few sets sold, I'd estimate maybe 40-50 or so sets already, that one is the only one I've heard having any issues. Generally speaking with a turbo if there is an issue with the build or parts it'll show itself very quickly so the 200 miles doesn't surprise me, but I'll know more when we find out more. :)

That’s what I figured I’ve just been trying to patiently wait on some reviews but so far I haven’t seen any unfortunately
