Well hello "SPOOLSTREET" I want to first shout out to @doublespaces for pulling me over here. I will try to get some more traction over here in a few other communities to follow as well, ANYHOW...

Name and everything is in my Bio so I will skip that. I wont start back in July of 2015 when the build pretty much started but if you want to know specifics let me know, it is QUITE well documented lol. Long story short I am the owner of the Custom Performance Engineering project car and only car fitted with their ATMOSPHERE Turbo kit as seen in SEMA 2015 (actually in my car) and talked about at SEMA 2013 (on an engine rack) But the community had not really taken off like it has recently. But others have, so there has been a lot of stalls and what not, dont get me wrong I wanted the build ASAP but you cant get mad at a company as small and high quality as CPE for trying to keep the lights on, and our community although now booming is but a drop of water in the market and industry of auto performance.

But this is what takes me here... This kit is AMAZING it will be the gold standard of Twin turbo kits for simply superior quality and hopefully performance as well! I attribute a lot of the slow downs to me also. With a great and monstrous turbo kit like this (Twin GTX3071Rs for those new) there is a lot of support modification needed. From the ground up this thing has been completely rebuilt. Suspension, drivetrain, wheels, tires, frame, fueling, computers, coding, EVERYTHING has been done, not just the typical power adders. Hell, I have an oil cooler that increases my capacity by nearly a liter, a trans cooler that not many people even attempt, an all aluminum radiator and a FMIC haha(with room for more). I will start posting here, I love questions but I am a full time active duty Marine so bare with me haha I WILL GET BACK TO YOU!

They say a picture is worth 1000 words, let me shut up; now for some Pictures....

I'm curious how much that level 10 transmission will take. What is the current state of the car?
getting close to being done. some idle videos over by the dyno coming... sounds absolutely ferocious! This Thursday trying to have the mechanical stuff all finished up to begin tuning and "finish" the build (for now....) The level 10 have been hit and miss I know but most of the failed ones were NOT the upgraded 1000 hp rated ones, two guys in my car club have been daily driving on this (specific) one for years over 600hp never slipping a shift.

Any motor upgrades? These will put you over 1000 with room to grow once you spool them, beautiful build!

Hey brother first off i really appreciate the kind words.

In answer to your question, this is what I would call "phase 1" of the build believe it or not... I dont have the raw cash to drop into the motor right now although I have blueprinted out a larger bored engine with some hardened parts as well as a new blueprinted port/polished head (purposely vague). Also have some interior mods and I want carbon fiber from the hood to the trunk. I suppose there are three phases but Financially I just cant make it all happen at once. I have calculated it up however but I needed a house for my family in south florida for recruiting duty lol. I am wishing to partner with someone like VAC to have some special things done in the future. Guess we will have to wait and see, when I have the car in person I can really get wild and crazy lol.

also sorry. Motor right now is stock. I have seen it take 800hp of steep turbo curve abuse on ST setups so I am hoping we are okay with my plethora of cooling until I get the build down perfect. THEN 1200 hp is not unreachable with the flow of these two turbos.

Did you get the manual CSF radiator considering you went with a trans cooler?

just because they make that on the stock block doesn't mean they survive at that power. Dyno glory runs here and there don't mean much to me. But some people use those as claiming the engine is good for it. Hasn't this be like a 5 year project or something just to finish installing the turbo kit?

If i were you, i would keep torque down in the lower RPMS and have whoever tunes it refrain from silly huge torquey tuning methods. This is if you want the engine to last. 600-700tq is about where the stock engine should be left if you want any kind of longevity out of it. Especially if you dont have the money for a new or built engine. or you can do the typical. Big glory run then turn it back down.

Great build, sucks they took so long for a simple turbo kit. but look forward to seeing where it goes.

Some funny random information about CPE.... their company started with NA Mazda 6 V6 cars. They probably won't admit that, but yea. They make good product though. But tend to take forever to do so.

We've had a 2015 mustang at my shop for the past 2 years making a twin turbo kit and all the supporting mods to make 1500whp+, the car only has 30 miles on it and the dude has never driven it but it will be nearing completion in the bext couple of weeks, so i can only imagine the pain you're feeling. But congrats on finally being able to drive it and hopefully it gets into the 9's. I've been following this build for a very long time.

Try to answer this all as well as I can assuming some is pats on the back and some appears to be subtle stabs at this. The car wasnt built to not race. Yes the block will be built eventually. This is FAR from installing a turbo kit.. come on man thats just plain mean. I will address a few things, this kit has NEVER been on a car. I was the fitment test for the majority of components, also no one. NO ONE, casts anything. Fabbing something is one thing but having casts 3D printed and then forged and then tooled, rinse wash repeat is quite expensive and slow process. now addressing the Mazda thing they openly claim something over 45% of their business came from Mazda, now they are around 30% (http://www.cp-e.com/company.html) with only 15% coming from BMW you can see whey their focus has been elsewhere. ALSO I changed this build a lot, added and increased the scope of it. Yeah if I had 20K just drop in an engine I could have them drop everything and just do BMW stuff, but you got to keep the machines turning. Also 2 world records were set durring this build on other platforms they have. Yeah they take a while but it isnt for nothing. I hope nothing bad happens to the engine or transmission hints why I supported it the way that I have thus far. But you got to pay to play man everyone knows that. This build is FAR from typical brother, it wasnt built to sit on a dyno one time. I will continue to push the envelope. Also "simple" turbo kit is an insult, theres over 150 individual parts in this "kit". smh, I hope this wasnt all a stab. This build started when people were still figuring out how to fuel the car, how to cool the IAT, how to make boost.... learning has occurred and hind sight is 20/20.

Cheers brother, Thank you for the kind words though. I have to address the velvet daggers however.

as is becoming the regular here, thank you for the kid words. It is a burning itching feeling. Out here next to the HWY 27 in South Florida I want to rip it up out here BAD!

Some people understand, constraints beyond our control as enthusiasts. I for one dont have all the money in the world, and I have moved 3 times since my build started, purchased my first home and working on selling it now. Balancing money between house flipping, my family and this car is a PITA. I have often though about why this community has not easily broken into the 1k hp club because if I have a million bucks, 100k would go into that!!!
