Noob here. I'm preparing to pay for an etune after recently installing pure stage 1 turbos. can someone take a look at prep pull?

Car felt fine i guess. When reviewing the log (I'm a noob at this stuff), I personally noticed...

- a notch at time 208.76 when trying to achieve pedal 100%. I don't recall letting up on the pedal. is this weird?
- never achieved 100% pedal. peaked at 99.6% pedal. is this normal?
- when trying to achieve target boost of 18 psi, it appears i got to 16.1 psi, then started fluttering. is this indicative of a boost leak?
- when letting off the pedal, the boost spikes from 12-21.8 psi. shouldn't my BOV be releasing this boost?
- gear shift from 3 to 4 occurred before reaching 7000 rpm. is this normal?
- AFR 1 & 2 tracked closely until i let off the pedal, where AFR 1 and 2 diverged. afr 1 leveled out around 67, afr 2 maxed out at 234.95. shouldn't AFRs be tracking closely throughout?
