A quick report about the Dinan N63 coils for my 2011 x5 50i 4.4 liter v8.
Do not purchase or install as these showed NOTICEABLY slower throttle response and decreases power output. Had to remove and reinstall old coils to get back proper performance.

In summary: the Dinan coils suck elephant balls.

Late to the party, but I had swapped to some borrowed Dinan coils to test something and I didn't notice any difference. I swear they are just rebadge OEM coil packs. Which one's, no idea. I didn't compare then closely to the two version I have. At times it seems they are the same price or cheaper than OEM.

Wow, same coil pack across a lot of engines...

I can confirm they are not as good as OEM, I have a set that have been sitting under my desk for the past two years in the ‘that was a bad idea’ pile haha. Had them in for a couple weeks and switched them out for Eldor.
