For right now its a 6466, which will be plenty for this stock motor. I have a 7675 ready to go on when my built motor gets doneWhat turbo you running ?

Definitely.Nice. Definitely a badass ecu
Whos gonna build your motor ? I can't even find a decent machine shop near me to insert CSS sleevesFor right now its a 6466, which will be plenty for this stock motor. I have a 7675 ready to go on when my built motor gets done
Does that mean that if you had the preference, the Maxx ecu has DI injector support for the N54?Preference and i wanted to get away from bmw’s problematic DI system. Car is way more reliable this way
I am, actual sleeves or the closed deck insert?Whos gonna build your motor ? I can't even find a decent machine shop near me to insert CSS sleeves
It does not only PI controlDoes that mean that if you had the preference, the Maxx ecu has DI injector support for the N54?
I'm more interested in the cylinder support solutions sleeves I still want to be able to street drive the car with no temperature increases. Closed deck insert from what I've heard your typically see higher oil and coolant temperaturesI am, actual sleeves or the closed deck insert?
Post some dynos I want to see the torque curve. The DI is a pain in the ass but you got rid of basically the only good thing about this motor.
If you are going PI why not just use literally any other motor that’s infinitely better for a drag car?
So if I understand correctly you have removed the original injectors, the HP pump I think and blocked the wholeIt does not only PI control
This is not true... I have css block had zero issues with oil or coolant temps. I actually stop using sport mode because car wouldnt warm up completely. I do have new water pump/ CSF radiator/ CSF front mounted oil coolers and run 70% water 30% coolant.I'm more interested in the cylinder support solutions sleeves I still want to be able to street drive the car with no temperature increases. Any progress or info on this?Very interested in this, I'm planning on doing the same with a MaxxECU on my single turbo 135i weekend toy in the next month or so as I'm tired of all the DI and MSD81 issues.
What did you do wiring harness wise? Remove the stock connectors and add the MaxxECU connectors?
Would you be willing to share your pinouts at all?
Does the dash work as normal? From talking to MaxxECU support the two main problems atm is the odometer and oil level don't work?
Any info you have would be very welcome
+2 Have you had any luck moving forward with the MaxxECU??Very interested in this, I'm planning on doing the same with a MaxxECU on my single turbo 135i weekend toy in the next month or so as I'm tired of all the DI and MSD81 issues.

Do you have any guides or pointer to perform the MAXX swap?Just wanted to share 1 of my builds, its running a maxx ecu on port injection only, DI holes are plugged, maxx ecu controls every factory component like water pump, vanos, throttle body,e9x canbus, fuel pumps, and anything else you can think of or want, this car is more track oriented as its going for the 1/4 record held by ghasssan. Has 8.8 diff, dss axles, stock 6 speed manual, with x clutch twin disk.also features a 1200hp w2a intercooler that does extremely well. All fab work and wiring done by me, also not alone on this project as @willettrun had a big help with all my questions on wiring and he did all the configuration and setup on the maxx ecu along with the tuning. Car starts up , drives normal like any other 335i even with 2200cc injectors on e85. But the big difference is having full control of everything you want. Antilag, launch control, 1 post 02 sensor, boost by speed, rolling antilag the list goes on, this beats paying the crazy money for a syvecs unit and having all the same features for a fraction of the cost. This is the first n54 in the states running this, also is the test car. As we plan on making plug and play harnesses available. View attachment 49289View attachment 49290
