So my current plan is swapping out trans, TCU and ECU, from the info I gathered, there is one problem, I don't know much about CANBUS, both tcu and ecu support e9x m3 canbus and their own canbus, but I am not sure which one should I choose, maxx's E9X can bus was based on m3 which is not 100% MSD81, the next method uses their own can bus, however it might cause gauges problem, and I am not sure whats gonna happen if TCU and ECU are no longer communicating with other modules, especially transfer case. Can someone share their experience or thoughts regarding this project?
