-937 injectors going away?

I received these today. A box of disappointment:

I told them I would accept a replacement if they can package it properly rather than a refund. I am rejecting every one of these and will ensure I do not get the same ones back.

Lousy packaging. They cancelled my order after two days, and told me the price ($134) was incorrect. I went back and the price was still $134!? But now only had 3 left. So I ordered those 3 and had to order another 3 at $152. I hope they don't turn up looking like yours did. Good luck with the replacements. I'll bet someone else ends up with your rejects.

ECS wasn't much better. They put the little round clips in a small bag in the same box of 6 loosly packed heavy injectors and beat the sh$t out of all of them.

You mean the decouplers? FCP euro does the same thing all of them in a ziploc bag, except they fill the whole box with paper so they're somewhat cushioned.

Mine were packed the same, but luckily they didn't break out of the plastic containers.

The ones I ordered from amazon arrived yesterday, 3 of the 6 were broken through the plastic container.

I started the return process and ordered 6 new ones through fcp euro for 976.98 with shipping. Cost about 100$ more, but hopefully if I have one go bad later down the road their lifetime warranty thing will cover them.

The difference between part numbers is just a better filter or something.

Maybe there was a difference at first but now -937 and -079 are the exact same injectors with updated internals.

ZNM Performance will tell you otherwise though, Matt's been hardcore trying to get rid of his old stock on facebook and apparently isn't above lying to do it.

Never had any problems with mine either. No idea what index they are but the car is from 2009.

Thinking of getting some spares but seems like it might not be worth it.

I'm running index 11's right now. No problem with them so I'll stick with them until I need to replace them.
