Yes it does come with plugs, and the cores come with brackets that I mod to fit, and ill see if I can find a spare bracket laying around.

I really like the idea of isolating the ATF cooling circuit from the engine cooling circuit using this kit. Has anyone tried it yet? Would a fan attached to the core, or in the vicinity of the core, be a huge improvement? If so, has any tried to install a fan? (And please supply pics!)

I doubt it. Had this kit on my car since day one as well as many others. My average trans temps are 150ish. It keeps the trans cool and happy. Even stop and go traffic. Adding a fan is optional but not needed imo.
