Yes. Done two of them ... my E89 Z4 went to quad (Ikon) and my F10 535d. Let me start by saying the way BMW installed this piece of trim is as ghetto as how they install the intercoolers. It's a bendy tab. Easy to break, so do it with care. Ikon, like most folks, is reselling stuff coming out of a couple places in China (it's all the same crap, almost). I've had mine for two years, and looks good so quality of finish is good.
On the Z4, one issue I had was how the molds were made. Clearly they took the factory piece off the car and made a mold from it. Well the factory piece is flex plastic. Carbon fiber doesn't flex. So the mold for the underside connection didn't quite work and I cut it off the back side. In the photos, on the Z4 the back of the cover would have connected where those two tabs are, and cover the yellow painted area. The CF is stiff so no need. I just sprayed the yellow with black paint and no one knows the difference. No idea how it is on the 1 or 3 series.
