So I just changed all of my plugs and gapped them to .020. Literally like 100miles ago. Now I'm saying screw it and i want to order this kit. When I install it, would I need to buy new plugs and widen the gap or just leave them and let it work it's magic? I'd rather not spend the extra $80 on top of $530.
Which plugs, fuel, boost ? It will vary but from my personal experience on E85/30psi with NGK 95770 I have them at .025 most guys with 97506 are running .022

You'll be fine just run that gap until you get new ones or maybe open it to .022 if you want

.020 is smaller than necessary but I'd just leave them. If you are at .018 or smaller it would be worth it but the work to take them out, risk damaging the electrodes opening the gap (it's easy to mess up thin iridium coating opening gaps or weaken/break the electrode on used plugs) I wouldn't really worry. If you do though (100 miles isn't much) depending on your build and which plugs I've been recommending .026 for hybrids and ST to around 600whp dropping down to .022 for people 700+ or on colder plugs, although YMMV as it's setup dependent. Stock turbo cars can run any gap with these coils I'm at .031" which was out of the box. Don't forget grease when you install.

Why not just regap the plug yourself when you go to install kit? If it were me, I'd probably just open them up a hair.

It's been several months since any postings to this thread. What's the consensus? Is it a worthwhile mod for 22 psi stock turbos on 93 octane? I lost my local E85 source and I've been too swamped to install mine and considering selling them. What's been your experience?

Well i got the BLTuning kit. Easier to install so if you had them theyd probably be in. Installed mine and opened the gap to .026. It solved a misfire due to rich conditions/ dme pulling fuel maxxing out stft -34. So if youre having and misfire or afr discrepancies id say its worth it. Plus plug longevity, coil longevity,
