The ignition system doesn't determine your gap size it is just one of the factors. On a stock motor you can gap to about whatever you want .035 would be fine, but as you increase boost the gap needed will decrease. For instance on 45psi a .022 gap might be required. So there is no "set recommended gap" it will all be based off your specific needs. How much boost are you running and what fuel?

This at least gives us a starting point per the system compared to our horribly small gap even on low boost applications. I run pump with port meth on about 23psi. When I get access to E85 I run about a 35% mix with the methanol still running, and run from 26-30+psi depending how froggy I'm feeling.

26-30psi I would be conservative and start around a .026 - .028 gap and adjust as needed (if needed)

Had a few people send pictures today thought I would share, these are the Beta sets that we had sent out. Production is going great on everything parts are coming in, looking on track to start shipping in about 10 days! Included the pic with the cover on for the guys wondering about the cover fitment and concern during inspection.

Might as well post a full install pic that was sent to us by Jake at Motiv, he is one of the beta testers running a beta set here the production coils and mount are slightly different but this gives you an idea how clean and factory the install can look! And keep in mind the engine cover still fits if you want as well!
