This is Erin Sills of Hunter/Sills Racing and she hit 237 mph in qualifying for Cook Top of the World Shootout in Salar De Uyuni Bolivia which is also where they shot The Last Jedi.
The record is for Naturally Aspirated, partly streamlined land-speed motorcycle division. Her husband Andy Sills held the previous record with the same motor at 221 before passing away in 2015.
