Ordered a new OBD connector to replace the current broken one. Thought this was going to be a simple task as the connector has a grey locking clip, and once unlocked the cables could be easily extracted. not the case, tried then with small screwdriver and an awl to push the cable, but still no joy. Appreciate if anybody has any tips on how they should be removed.

I have not de-pinned the OBD connector so can't really help there. But, depending on how it works, a terminal removal tool tool may help

For my vehicle i ordered Part #1 61136931908, part number 5 for my model was greyed out
