I think overall it is too much but the quality of the work here is awesome. More pictures in the link.

I keep thinking I want some alcantara in my interior somewhere/somehow. And i always love the contrasting stitching but never seem to manage to end up with it.

I don’t mind it. It is a little over the top but the contrasting red and black is nice

It's over the top but well executed. I think if the horn pad and roundel had been left alone, it would look way classier. That looks like an $8k kind of interior ... ouch.

I like it but not on my steering wheel. I put up with it since its on mine but the fibers do not handle oils well.
