Hey guys. Doing a bunch of work on this car over the winter. Starting a new thread since I’m doing a completely new build on the car and fabricating most of my own parts. Here is what I have so far.

Stock engine N54 69k miles
Stock Manual Transmission
PTE 6466 twin scroll 1.0 A/R
Fabricating and designing my own manifold, downpipe, and 3.5” single exhaust
PSP 900 FMIC w/ 3” lower charge pipe
ER Chargepipe
3.5 BAR TMAP
AC Fab flapper delete
ADE PCV delete
MFactory Unsprung Twin Disc
MFactory Helical LSD
MFactory Axles
Whiteline diff bushings and subframe inserts
My diff lockdown bracket
M3 control arms
034 Motorsport mounts (for now)
Fab Factory exhaust spacer shims
Head PCV ports plugged
PCV and flapper lines running to OCC and vented into turbo inlet
Tuned with JB4/MHD backend (possibly looking to change depending on how it runs) by Aj Hoti
PR stage 3 LPFP, FPR, and return
PR coils
Fuelit feed and E sensor
Stock FPR deleted and plugged
MMP PI (possibly looking to change)
Stock manifold tapped for larger boost reference and 4AN stainless braided BOV actuator hose
Ebay coolant flange
All maintenance done
Apex EC-7 18x8.5/9.5 with Nitto NT01 275/35/18 in the back (getting kosei 17” for radials next season for the track)

There is probably a ton of little stuff I’m forgetting but thats the big stuff. I’ll post updates as they come.

Thanks everybody. Got a bit of work started for the manifold jig yesterday. I have a solid sheet of 1” thick 6061 that I’m using to mock up the head flange and double as a chill block to prevent warping the flange. Had some stock manifolds that I cut up to use for positioning for the stud holes. Didn’t get any further because I’m still working on completing this batch of differential brackets too. Should get a bit further this weekend hopefully. I have 10’ of 1.5” schedule 10 304SS pipe on the way too.

I’m from Mn interested in doing single turbo too eventually. Every considering making more manifolds and doing installations?

I will have to make this one first. I’ll have a jig and may consider producing on a case by case basis. I would also be willing to do installation. I have no intention on mass production. At least not in the next three years.

I know this has been answered but I just forgot. But why not just weld on some turbos to this manifold? I remember reading something about it being double walled, and I think someone actually did do just this.

Yeah I’m friends with him on Facebook and I’ve discussed it with him before. I’m building my manifold to optimize flow as much as possible, not to cheaply cut some costs and corners to get a turbo in the car. The manifolds are double walled and a nightmare to cut by the way.

Just got these frame support bar shims in from Fab Factory today. These should give me plenty of space to fit the 3.5” exhaust. I’ll get pics tomorrow when I fit them on the car.
