Hello everybody,

Where it is possible to buy `Garett` turbos ? I think it is not possible from official website. Does anyone have an experience of this ?

I found full-race.com. Is this trusted source ? Someone has an experience ?

In general turbo has a warranty ? I have never bought turbo before, and I have no idea. I am interested in {GTX 3584RS GEN II}.

Well if you want water cooled its xona or bust but oil cooled its precision next gen or bust

i haven't looked at a xona for years, i see they have a whole new range and new turbine design now. very interesting design direction they went in.
cant find much on the internet. would love to see a XR 9564S v 6466 comparison.

In general how turbos has a warranty ? They are giving you based on mileage/based on year ? Or neither ?

I think, I will contact `Garett` directly. I do not think, this will be a big deal.

Xona rotor do not sell garrets. But if your not familiar with xona rotor look into them a bit. Arguably the highest quality turbo on the market with some of the fastest spool on the market as well

Technically `water cooled` vs `oil cooled` ? Which of them is better for high power goals ?

For now I think about {Garett GTX 3584RS GEN II} or {Garett G35-1050} and both are water cooled, IMO.

I daily my precision 6875 which is just a oil cooled turbo and make over 600whp on my daily map and can make 850-900whp without any worries. Water cooled turbos are excellent for drifting and road course activities since the turbo is also being cooled by water. Not having water is not gonna be an issue for making power. Water cooling helps with longevity though

Just googled about your turbo. It seems, it is rated at 1150HP.

My aim is to hit 650-700WHP on {Mustang Dyno} once I get the turbo, and increase in the future if neccessary (I do not want turbo to be limit for me). Anyway, I will be very happy on 700WHP on {Mustand Dyno}.
