I ordered an e tuned from motiv when the boost box first came out but i haven't used it yet. Going install the s257sx-e use the e tune from Motiv and just stick with that until i get my tax return. Once i get my tax return i'll order the syvecs. I'll be looking to buy a spare motor in Jan that I can build on the side....I mean i wont be building it ill send it somewhere else lol. I know honda motors but I'm not messing with this one.

Yeah, I'd LOVE to build this engine from home... I just don't know enough to feel confident putting thousands of dollars worth of forged internals in and fucking it off.

ETS would be good, but I think the only person at ETS that tunes Syvecs is Eric and I don't even want to know what he charges per hour for labor (assuming he's not out setting new records at some event). Motiv will work, but there are other Syvecs tuners in the states...one is about 10mi from my house.

Exactly. Building Honda's is like Legos. Very hard to fuck it up but these motors I don't want to touch. I'll leave it to the pros.

I see Evo performance is also a syvecs dealer/tuner too which is great because they've tuned a bunch of n54/55s

There are a few out there. If you have someone close to you that can do some dyno tuning that would be the best. I'd expect the PNP kit to get you driving around. You'll probably want a couple hours of remote tuning ($3-400) followed by about 3-4hr of dyno tuning (~$1000 ish).

What's the complexity preventing their compatibility?

I'm sure they could add it in, but right now it's only: "• Closed loop Dual Lambda Control using OEM lambdas"

We had to change a lot in the DME to get them to run. Everything is different, from pressure compensation, to ip gain, to the AFR conversion curve, etc.

The N54 PNP is based on the S6+, and the N54 PNP tune is set up for the factory sensors, but the S6+ will support:

2 x Lambda Inputs Including:
- 1 x NTK, Bosch LSU4.2/4.9 or Denso AF Lambda Circuit
- 1 x Bosch LSU4.2/4.9 or Denso AF Lambda Circuit

I'm on a conference call so I can't dig into what the ADV sensor is and if it is one of those "types".

Ordered the turbine housing for the s257s-xe from boostlab down here in tampa. Went with the divided t4 housing 1.22 ar. I'm also having the housing machine to the standard 3 in vband outlet ceramic coated black. I should have in 2 weeks. Going to ordered the single barrel shotgun 2 weeks when I get my commission check. The goal is 550-600whp on e85.
