The stud extractor will work. For me it's not ocd. The stock studs are not long enough for a thicker manifold flange.
Took the compressor cover off this morning. Going to drop it off at boostlab to have boost reference port drill open so I can run the boost line to the wastegates
Replace the valve cover gasket and installed the PR coils and man that was a PITA due to the fact I can't depin connectors for shit lol.
Nice and sunny here in Florida so I started to taking the car apart. Hopefully I'll be finished by Sat night.
Got the water pump and thermostat out. Time for a water break to charge my tablet, light, cordless drill.
Got the downpipes, outlets, and front intake tube out. Going to take the turbos out after work tomorrow.
I had to replace both motor mounts and my steering rack so I had to do most of that work anyway. If I need to service my turbo I will leave it in next time if I can.
test fit got to yank the stock studs out and put the new ones in
