With what I can replace dead CCC? CIC, NBT or anything else?

So my CCC died. I want Android Auto or something that can play youtube music, have Google Maps or Waze.
For now I know that I can repair CCC (300€) and replace screen with android system (another 300€) so overall 600€... Ain't cheap. Do I have other options to have Android?

Now I'm confused. Diagnostics show CCC - ok, MMI, Antenna and Audio modules in red.

I'd go CIC honestly. There are always some "cheap" conversion kits and plenty of threads how to make it work like OEM. And then an android screen ist just a small install away

So I went for CCC repair. Was surprised it costed only 130€. And ordered Android Auto adapter, no need to replace screen or other things to maintain original look. And rear camera.
