Walnut Blast Timelapse Video

Here's a quick video I made using my GoPro to timelapse a walnut blast I just did. Gives you a general idea of the process. Enjoy!

If you buy the adapter and blasting wand, I've gotten everything else from Harbor Freight. You just need a compressor, shop vac, and abrasive blaster. If you only plan on doing this once or twice, you can get by using HF gravity feeder. I use the pressurized tank, makes it more efficient, but obviously a little more money. Then just takes a couple fittings from home depot to attach the wand to the blaster. If anybody has walnut blasting questions, feel free to hit me up.

I bought a 26 gallon compressor from HF. It's been solid for me man. You can always message me and I'll walk you through the process. Also get a remote starter switch to bump the valves to close. Safer, easier, and faster than manually cranking the motor.

This one took me 2 hours start to finish. Normally tell people 2-3. Wife and kids weren't home to bother me during this one though lol

Yea I have been doing it to help out my local peoples.

Best time to do it man before you install your new manifold. Especially if you are gonna be running PI, you shouldn't have to worry about it again really.

Neat, I did mine but didnt get it super clean. Tbi install took care of of the rest and keeps it away lol

My N54 is just about ready for this. To do myself or take it to a local BMW guy.. probably take it in as the intervals are not frequent at all. Great info though
