As the title says, I'm looking for the BMW Individual Piano Black interior trim. It must be actual Piano black, not the DIY and also in good condition. If you have it for an E92, I may still be interested. Also may settle for brushed aluminum.

Is the only difference between E93 vs E92 trim the cutout for the hardtop control? If so, in theory one could dremel the hardtop control of E92 trim… That would give me more options looking for M3 cf trim locally.

Yes, I believe so, not sure about on the M3 however.

If you want the name of the paint guy who did my trim pieces, hit me up. IIRC he charged me about $200 and I picked out the metallic black from dodge -he had a few samples for me to look at. It's held up pretty good through the years.

Yeah, I can always go the paint route and honestly thats probably what I'd have to do. Trying to find E93 piano black trim with iDrive in good condition is going to be highly unlikely at this point.

Honestly, good automotive paint, properly applied, cured, then protected is going to be very durable, plus you can make it custom and not have it be obnoxious. It'll look factory, and it's cheap, plus you don't have to ditch/store/sell your old trim.
