Borgwarners are solid, they are journal bearing right? Which one is comparable to the 6266?

Yep, you're totally right. I completely misread and thought they were EFR versions which have ceramic BB. I retract my statement above. šŸ˜†

CES Kit all the way. I've beat the shit out of my car, the hardware is beautiful and holding up the abuse. 530whp @ 18psi on a GTX-3076R Gen II pretty effortlessly.

Out of curiousity, how do you plan on passing the visual inspection?

All they are going to see is the filter, and my bay is going to look stock, I don't buy flashy accessories (everything is black) and where I live no one will ever know. DCI's are carb legal wink wink. Shoot....I just had my truck smogged (which has headers) and the guy didn't even pop the hood, as long as he plugs it in and everything shows readiness you're all good. Don't over think it.

Are you running a full tstat delete, or is there an external unit out of sight?

No oil thermostat. For a track car it really doesn't matter, but now that I'm street driving more, I'm going to add a remote thermostat. I have an Earl's 185* remote tstat sitting here. Just really hate making AN lines.

CES support doesn't exist. Called and left 4 voicemails with no callback. Emails are coming back as return to sender. If they can't return phone calls, fb msg, or emails not getting a dime from me.

Speedtech and doc race both have great customer service and good kits choose one of them

I find that hard to believe, but give me your name and number or email and Iā€™ll get it over to John.

Appreciate it, went with the speedtech kit. CES would've been nice since they're driving distance.

What's the size limitation on turbos for most bottom-mount kits like the CES? You've got a 3076 which is pretty tiny compared to something like a 6870 or a GT4088

Haven't had any o2 issues yet with the doc apparently they made some changes with the newer kits

You're one of the luckier fortunately. I Have a buddy who's on their 3rd pair in 4 months, not until he installed 02 sniffers did he actually preseve the lifespan of the sensors. Kit was purchased in august.

I call bullshit on docrace customer service. I cant get any replies via email, Instagram or even a phone call.

Fwiw i have been through 8 o2 sensors on the doc kit. Probably going on 9 when it gets reinstalled.

There's plenty of room down there. My tiny turbo could likely push close to 700whp on this setup. I think a 3582 would be perfect for anything north of 700. I believe they've seen 800+.

I think everyone needs to understand that a lot of companies might be a little slow in responding right now. Most are working with limited staff and are probably getting behind.
