N54 A/C compressor disengage during wot

My plan is use killer chiller on my a2w setup. Its 2007 e92 single turbo n54. Can be coded out disengaging a/c compressor during wot?

Just wanted to comment that spraying water or meth or both is significantly easier and more reliable than a A2W system with AC chiller. You also will likely end up with cooler AITs. If you spray meth/alcohol w/ the water you gain AKI on top of the lower AITs. No need to tune for it.

But best of luck with your A2W system. They are not common on the N54 etc.

Do you have AIT issues with your ST setup?


edit: A relay with a switch should do the job right? Switch is turned on when pedal touches it at WOT. Relay disengages the power/signal wire going to the AC compressor or similar. I don't see how you can get away with coding unless you able to write new logic(which I don't believe you can), I could be wrong. I think the simple and easiest would be a physical disconnection.

I dont have issues with AIT, now I have supra 1000hp fmic (with side end tanks and piping in wheel well) but its rubbing when wheel is all the way left and I want something more special. I bought A2W core due to low pressure drop and very short piping. Now I have M3 front end which I dont want to trim. My plan originally was to use A2W radiator in place where M3 has oil cooler, but Im aware of heat soak. But now I find ac chiller and I like that idea cooling IAT below ambient.
Im from europe and e85 completely disapper (exception France) here. So direct port meth is another option, but I have no any experience with it...
I found on other platforms (corvette, ford) that ac compressor can be set (with HP tuner SW) when to engage (RPM and/or %TPS). Maybe NCS Expert could do that...
Killer chiller should cools medium in a2w system very low (like 2dg. F), but during WOT n54 ac compressor disengage, so temperature of medium begins rising. I need compressor to work all the time, not opposite... Maybe combination with water/meth injection will be the best?
This is my plan (not actually my engine bay), but it looks clear and simple to me..

c_pvs_fl_accin (PV-threshold for ACC suppression), and or c_accin_dly_1 (Delay for ACC suppression in transition after full load) will achieve the results you are looking for.

A good enough tuner will be able to add this to their definitions and calibrate it for you.
