I dont have issues with AIT, now I have supra 1000hp fmic (with side end tanks and piping in wheel well) but its rubbing when wheel is all the way left and I want something more special. I bought A2W core due to low pressure drop and very short piping. Now I have M3 front end which I dont want to trim. My plan originally was to use A2W radiator in place where M3 has oil cooler, but Im aware of heat soak. But now I find ac chiller and I like that idea cooling IAT below ambient.
Im from europe and e85 completely disapper (exception France) here. So direct port meth is another option, but I have no any experience with it...
I found on other platforms (corvette, ford) that ac compressor can be set (with HP tuner SW) when to engage (RPM and/or %TPS). Maybe NCS Expert could do that...
Killer chiller should cools medium in a2w system very low (like 2dg. F), but during WOT n54 ac compressor disengage, so temperature of medium begins rising. I need compressor to work all the time, not opposite... Maybe combination with water/meth injection will be the best?
This is my plan (not actually my engine bay), but it looks clear and simple to me..
