Not to bring a thread back from the dead, but I HATE my spec billet SMF and Stage 3+ Clutch, it sounds horrific at idle, pedal feel is brutal in traffic, just incredibly unrealistic, my buddy has talked me out of a twin-disk as he has had very poor experiences with them in the past. This may be just what I need.
I've had no issues with the feel of a twin disk. Both of them that I've put in this swap have felt like the stock pedals. That being said, I was running a DMF for both. I think it just comes down to the SMF on these cars. It likely wouldn't bother me as my other vehicle is an 04 Cummins with a SouthBend clutch, so anything is tame compared to that. I pulled the trigger on the UniClutch though as I'm running out of options. I'll be using it with an OEM N57 DMF, and hopefully not have to use a transmission spacer. We'll see how it goes. Doesn't look like @Kahnzill is here anymore though, would love to pick his brain since he's running it on a swapped 335d.

Got it done. (for the 3rd time. PTB Racing clutch failed within 1000 miles (1), Atix Racing pressure plate design couldn't release with the BMW hydraulics (2) )
M57 335d
OEM N57 DMF
OEM fork and bearing
NO transmission spacer required

I also made a custom bleed port extension setup for the slave cylinder so you don't have to try to bleed it between the tunnel and transmission. There's almost no room to swing a wrench. This extension dropped the bleed screw port down at the end of the stainless line and made it wicked easy to bleed the system solo. Just crack the screw and it flows, no need to turn it 1° every time when it's in the OEM location

Edit: Clarification that the 3rd install was this UniClutch and the previous 2 clutches were different companies

You've been through 3 uniclutches? or 3 clutches total?
