And it looks like another intake manifold has hit the market, I wonder if it truly makes power:

Hey, I would like to share some dyno results on our custom Intake manifold. The dyno was done on same tune we just swapped out new intake manifold on Dynomite awd Dyno boost set at 22PSI .

The Dyno was done first on stock Intake manifold first 2 runs of the day, while engine was still hot we put on our intake manifold we did 2 pulls with same results The graph shows stock manifold with first run engine was warm and our manifold on 3rd Run while engine was fairly hot. We have currently tried 3 different designs on manifold this yields the most top end on stock cams without losing low end. We have tried long runners big plenum with 25-30 AWHP loss down low. We reduced runners kept big plenum still lost power and torque down low. In our final we reduced plenum with short runners we where able to achieve same top end gain with no power loss low down. It defensively shows that not much power can be gained up to 7k RPM over stock, while stock suffers right after 7K. Personally dont think much gains can be made on TWIN setup unless it has enough juice to support high RPM. So far very pleased with results on single turbo with nice curve up top. We are planing to do more back to back testing on Saturday but so far keeping the design, big space saver you can replace HPFP with out removing intake manifold and good option for Port injection and does look better in real life than photos.

This is pretty nice but do we really need another intake manifold lol.. Especially at the price point it is.

So what would you say about this paired with a single turbo setup in the 700-800 whp range?

All the testing was done without port injection. We will put more power down in a month or so with port injection and E85.

I personally did not like any of the manifold on market today. I made my own intake manifold just because I can, just made another 4 if some one will be interested. This is high quality CNC machined from Billet block of aluminum made right in our shop in USA. The price is due to process being machined from block of aluminum instead of casting being heavy and not smooth finish inside. We use OEM gaskets and Aeromotive fuel adapter not some cheap hardware which ads up to price since not planing to do high volume .

So where are the other dyno pulls from ALL this testing you did? you say you did multiple revisions with long runners, big plenum, long runners short plenum, yet after all that testing you posted one graph overlaid with two pulls. While the motor was still hot you swapped the manifold, how much did you let it cool down? What were the temps at when you started, and ended each run, boost levels, logs, literally all the information needed to prove something makes more power. I am being hard on your guys because I have basically proven an intake manifold alone is not going to make more power over stock by itself in almost all cases. You claim to have done all this testing, yet have posted none of it. So where is the data, don't you think that would be interesting to everyone. As far as these will show no gains on a "TWIN" set up, you do realize our twin set up is making more power than just about every single out there, except for one person who made 14WHP more. I would say take a step back, and do a little research on the platform, people like data, saying you did all this testing, not posting any of it, except the graphs that claim power gains doesn't help your case.

I guess you miss understood something. I meant TWIN setup will not gain MUCH power over any manifold that makes more air flow up top. There is not much better flow could be added up to 7k RPM. Not sure why you feel so threatened , I told you n54tech I will make more testing just for you . :D

I just made something for my self that makes more power up top where Single Turbo shines. Not sure why I can't share my journey with everyone ? I'm improving my own setup whats wrong with that ?

Here is dyno Big Plenum Long 10" Runners. 24 PSI on "Single Turbo" as you can see it start picking up more power over stock up top.

We currently cut off a flange from BMS charge pipe and used 3.25" to 3.00" reducer. It can be also re welded extending few inches. But for those who don't have stock style flange no modification needed.
