It’s not like there isn’t room to add washers if you’re worried too...

Exactly or switch to a fastener with a larger head or built in flange, or a captured washer, or use a split or Belleville washer, etc. The fastener options are almost endless: https://www.mcmaster.com/fasteners then even make caps for fasteners if you care about looks etc.

There is one problem with that engine bay which will cause issues, you need some kind of cowl to keep water out of the valley where the spark plugs are in the rain or when washing your car.

A coil cover is being made specifically for this valve cover. I've seen two totally different designs so far. I wish @Snelson3003 would show us some love with this.

I've seen on your instagram page that these will be offered in carbon fiber also?

Yeah pretty sure it's the loss of the alignment dowels causing weird fitment.

I shaved the bracket and the shoulder of the bolt to make mine fit, it was off by less than a mm, but just enough to suck lol

Here's my can at the moment. I'm replacing this with a a pan evac once I get the bungs welded.

where are your battery cables routed through? Are you worried about heat? I want to move those pieces of shit so I can look at my new VC as well.

Also, are you utilizing a PCV valve fitting on the new VC or just hardlining it to a catch can?
PR sells the tools to pull and replace injector seals for cheap. That’s where I bought mine.
This tool has everything, highly recommend since it's the same price as a single BMW injector slide hammer.
