Thanks, yeah this project has definitely run drastically over schedule and budget for that matter. It's finally on the home stretch. It's up and running again, got the dss custom dual cv driveshaft in yesterday. Car is up and running shifts into drive and reverse, sport mode and manual and the paddle shifters function.
Also was able to program it with the xhp stage 3 tune and adjust the rear axle ratio. Pretty cool that once plugged in it recognized it wasn't the 6hp anymore and automatically downloaded the dct license pack.
On to final assembly of all the suspension and brakes.
Got the alignment done on thursday and took the first test drive yesterday. E
Still completely un tuned for the new turbos, but was able to test out the transmission. Shifts are insane, suspension feels awesome. Car is a completely different beast from what it used to be. Need to bed in the brakes put the front end back together and get it tuned. Chris@motiv will be handling that part.

Getting the tuning dialed in with Ken@wedge. The Hydra Hp650 turbos are incredible. Spool is instant. Working on the lowest power tune on pump gas right now. 13psi, the car is so fun to drive hard. Looking forward to working on the race fuel 21psi tune next.
Have to order up a drum of 260gt Since my local station decided to replace the race fuel pump with diesel

Also added a vibrant muffler to the atm exhaust and the car sounds soo much better. Got rid of 100% of the rasp.

Had planned on using Chris, seemed like he was super busy and Ken ended up responding right away. Although I think most tuners are swamped with work right now.
Had a full day at autocross on saturday and the car was amazing. Got a fresh set of potenzas mounted the day before and the grip was unbelievable. Managed to squeak out a better time than the new m2 competition. Car still has alot left in it, have to get better as a driver now š«£
Another round of suspension upgrades, need more camber than I can currently get with m3 arms and ground control race camber plates. Going to give the spl adjustable arms a try.
