I bought a genuine Walboro 450 lpfp to upgrade my 35is for TTE500s running 98 octane fuel…

On arrival and opening it up looks like the pump body has banged against the hose clip supplied in transit.

The supplier said it didn’t matter…

So being pedantic does the g loading that the unit suffered in transit ‘impact’ on the unit and does the damage to the casing likely damage the internal system?

I'm using a walbro 450 that came like that. Doesn't seem to affect anything

I would run it.

But the company should offer you one without damage as it was damaged in shipping due to bad packaging. Your call if it is worth the hassle of shipping that one back and the return process.
