Hey all! I was thinking that maybe we could pin this post and make it the central post for people running the Frankenturbo twins to update everyone on how they like them. I think this would be helpful so that we don't have 20 threads with the same posts.
Thanks!

I’d really like some regular updates also. There is always so much vendor drama though

Waiting for mine to get here and install. I will report back when I got everything sorted out. Doug (owner of frankenturbo) is a straight up guy and has been a pleasure to deal with so far though.

Because it's a conspiracy that you and only you can get to the bottom of......
Or because you're looking for things over and over and over and over and...
Dennis, honestly I don't know you or Doug. But I think from what I've seen in the past year or two on this platform, there are people that show up saying vendors are great when they haven't gotten anything from them, used their products, etc. (to be clear, "Waiting for mine to get here and install. I will report back when I got everything sorted out. Doug (owner of frankenturbo) is a straight up guy and has been a pleasure to deal with so far though.") It has nothing to do with Doug, mind you. But the zero experience posts that drop empty praise is probably what's caused the hype that has ended up in forum posts that start as "technical" and end up in fraud land. Again no offense to Doug or you, as I'm not addressing either of your characters, but that's how I understood @cloud9blue 's comment. Unfortunately I've seen this kind of thing too much in the past couple years. A little voracity goes a long way.

Glad you guys have a FB thread that is rich with information and feedback. To the contrary, that's valuable!

the market for n54 stock frame twins have always been full of bs since day one with VTT and RB, really it is nothing new.
True. I guess it was just easier to stomach since tony and rob actually had shop cars they took out and ran and actually converse with people on the forums(not getting into what constitutes converse).

Yeah, but at the end of the day, anyone can sound nice and friendly when they are trying to sell you stuff. But look around, how many of these vendors actually follow through their words when there is a problem with their product?

how about you or doug start answering to people's actual technical questions
https://bmw.spoolstreet.com/threads/frankenturbo-f21bi-turbo-upgrade.2804/

I have no game in these stock frame turbo, I just don't like BS from e90post, bummerboost, and N54tech start polluting this forum.
They aren't my questions to answer. I'm not Doug and I'm not in business with Doug so I want to respect corporate lines and not cross them. That means if there's a closed beta test group that I'm a part of, I will respect that it's a closed group. I can say that there is a couple sets running around Portland with good success. Not all of them are in the same platform either.

If you've got no game in these turbos, and you don't want BS to come in to this forum, then don't bring your trolling in to these posts. Seriously, you're basically Turbo Tony every time this subject pops up.

Side note, you and Tony are the only two people on this forum who have ever rated any of my posts with a poop emoji. My life feels more complete now.
