So looking to do a low side OCC setup.went on eBay and found a US seller at a fraction of the cost yet looks exactly like Mishimoto's version.Am tempted but has anyone tried one of these off name brands?Any success?comes with exact
parts and specs.im only interested in a 2 port but can plug up one.whats everyone's take?

Yea, it sure is. Well the one specifically for the N54 is. It's like a micro version of their other CCans. No wonder no one runs it.

The oil catch cans I see are a one piece.i like the idea of breaking the occ down to clean it.if I go this route then I'd have to check it more often.

So, I ordered the can and it arrived today. It looks like these are Mishimoto can's that did not pass QC as there was some of the ANODIZED was off inside the can itself where the oil sits. No big deal with me, I just had the Mishimoto can in my hand the other day couldn't tell the difference.

I have one of these, the three port. They aren't mishimoto cans, but they are almost exactly the same. They have a different finish and they are ever so slightly shorter. But otherwise exactly the same. They also come with grease on the o-ring where as the mishimoto cans do not. I pulled the stone filter out and am using it as a drip can for my high side.

The On3 Cans dont look bad. They don’t have great pics. But they’re baffled/and look to be filtered at the very least.

I DO NOT recommend this style OCC as it’s not utilizing an Oil Separater or internal Stone Filter for the outlet, but, if you like greasy oil particulate all around your engine bay, here’s the best price:

Hey, so like the Mishimoto Oil Coolers, I’ve bought both Mishimoto products and the supposed knock-offs. They’re identical except for Mishimoto’s repackaging from after the initial manufacturing process in China. This occurrs w/G-Plus Coolers as well. Packaging only printed different from the Mishimoto. I’ll find my cooler comparisons pics (side by side) I did for Derale, Earls, Setrab, Mishimoto, G-Plus, China Direct. Maybe make a new thread for that soon. So, I could be wrong, but I’m fairly certain these 3-port style are the same. Except for the logo. Just like their Mishimoto Oil Coolers... just the M-painted.
