Hey TEC and JBarros, digging up an old thread. I am currently running a stage 2 bucket from fuel-it. Over the winter just put on ST kit and sorting out fueling right now. I am a circuit guy and trying to avoid potential starvation issues. It looks like a hydramat is the answer to that problem. I know we were trying to dig up pics of the install that was done. Were those ever posted? Also, what are we looking parts wise to be running e85 at about 600 whp? I don't want to be maxing out fuel to get to that number.

I'd be looking at a stage 3 pump and PI to be safe for fuel demands.

I'm looking for the same zip code, and hoping not to have to run two different fuel systems. Curious to see how the Fuel-It setup and single barrel from VTT play out.

Yes pics were posted but I had them hosted on Pissbucket. Now they want like $500 to host the pics. Joe on the other site that everyone seems to hate so much (bummerboost) rehosted the pics including the install pics. If you don't mind going there and searching for a thread with the same name you will find them.
600whp on E85 with dual walbro 450's shouldn't be a problem. I would suggest an overkill method that's a bit different than the setup I posted. I would tie one Walbro 450 into the stock lines and the other 450 I would use to feed the PI directly with upgraded fuel lines from the pump to the PI system. This should get you there plus some.

I went over there and saw the pics. Think I need to hit up Jose. Sounds like taking my stage two bucket out, ordering one more pump, two hydrmats, and whatever other bits needed.

That's certainly an option but two things with that. Fairly expensive and takes up a decent amount of space. Not sure physically where in the car that would fit.
True but it's the best way to do it, I'm sure the hydramat will get the job done though.

Well, I'm a little late to the party lol but i"m finally caught up with all my stuff and Ken is going to tune me. Currently, I have my stage2 with ADE PI Ken is saying with a stage 2 and PI i should hit 600whp but from my experience I believe my setup outflows fuelit and the proof is I've had customers go from an e40 e50 mix to full e85 and be able to go from 20 psi to 26psi with my stage2. With that being said i'm shooting for around 700whp so I think I will have to go to a stage 3 but I can certainly let you know how it goes just on my stage 2.

There intent is to go bucketless.
The issue with all the cool brackets being put out is that they don't incorporate the clips for the lines that help fill the bucket so I keep the bucket utilizing the clips and by cutting off the bottom of the bucket exposing the hydramat the mat will never be without fuel no matter how low of fuel you run it. To just run a filter and not a hydramat is ridiculous!

Thats exactly what you need to do it's fairly simple I would sell the fuelit s2 if thats what you have, because getting the fitting off the top of the current s2 is a bear, unless you have removed it before?

I have not removed that before so likely a PITA to get off.

Ah. T type mats would be essential. I second the idea of doing a modular twin 450 in bucket with the bucket bottom cut out, and mats. Having the return lines secured so they pour down around the mats would be great. PR has a great modular bracket that fits the stock bucket and accounts for attaching the returns. I DIY'd their modular stg2 and feel it's very well thought out.

I don't know why everybody is not doing this.
