Wanted to share my Timeslip on my first successful Track day when everything on the car finally came together!

2012 BMW 335is DCT STOCK CLUTCH PACKS
Car has not been on a dyno
Getting drag radials on 17s soon low 10s possible?
Tried to go for 10s and up my launch slightly on last pass and spun launch. could of up boost a pound and stayed with the 2.1 sixty but didn't have time.

Feel like this is one of fastest passes with street tires. Think I could of easily had a 10 second pass. let me know what you think

Seems like people struggle to get a good 60 foot with the dct but if you can cut a good 60 foot mid to low 10s should be achievable. Not sure how long the stock clutches will take it though.

Yeah definitely 60 sixty foot was horrible with DCT prior to xHP flash release due to launch control was required traction partial on and car with cut throttle.

now I can have traction fully off and set up xHP with to build rpm to whatever I want and ether drop or slip the clutch and it work perfectly. I feel like nothing is stopping the DCT from a good sixty foot and not many people have been testing new xhp launch at track yet.

Is the slip recent or from 3 months ago?
I already seen your videos and comented 3 months ago theres no new ones.

17 hoosiers should hold if your dct csn put more power in off the launch. going frim 19 street tyres to 17 hossiers improved my 69ft by .3 seconds on the street.

Anyway yea should do 10s with 17s.

I feel like the issue with the dct is the gearing. With the 2.56 fist gear is nearly useless for getting out of the hole because you have to be able to grab second very quickly or else you hit rev limiter and the run is ruined.

Retarded timing at launch RPM as well as changes to exhaust timing and a little extra fuel will yield boost on launch
