Hey guys,

Forgot to post this new product here. :)

For those that missed it we've got a new BOV adapter, slick design, 2 ports on it, and we also offer a matching push lock kit for Tial valves.

Ordered. Thank you! How difficult is the install? Seems pretty straight forward but I’ve never removed the brake booster line.

I wonder how will this fit with guys running external PCV? knowing that adding an adaptor for the catch can in the same spot!

There are 2 ports on it, so you can use one for your vacuum side OCC, and the other for the BOV. We're working on a BMS vacuum side OCC kit too, BTW.

Ordered 2/1 delivered and installed 2/4. Great quality easy install. Looking forward to use second port for vacuum side OCC.

Does the E clip really need to be this strong? yeesh.

Seems to work. I don't know that at low PSI I can tell any difference. Maybe spools a little faster? I'll call it placebo though.

Yes it does hold. And it's actually a little tough to slide on there. Although I do not have it, it looks to be the same as the RB external PCV which I do have. Hope this helps.

I know, I said the same thing lol. We tried a few C clips, but the others were too loose.
After the 5-6 I've installed locally I do see some are harder than others.
We tested this to 100+psi, no leaks :)

LOL
Could be me doing the work in 10*F (-15 with windchill) that made it worse.

Just received it today and installed it. The E clip is a bitch to get on. I used a 3 inch extension and a large hex bolt to push it in and it worked flawlessly. Also the vacuum line doesn’t require any special tool to remove. Push down on both sides of the clip and it slides off. Don’t be a hero and use your thumb to try pushing the E clip in because that’s what I did and my sexting thumb still hurts lol...

Overall impressions are:

- No more low psi flutter
- Seems to blow off better at low psi.
- Way faster blow off at higher psi. No more of the whooooooooosh. Just a quick whoosh.
- Faster blow off valve reaction. It’s instant after you let off the throttle whereas before there was a bit of hesitation before the BOV would react.
- Great mod and easy install. Quality piece and comes with everything you need with the add on Tial hose and Tial top adapter.

The above results are what you'd expect to see from this sort of upgrade. If you're getting things like faster spool or what have you, then you've got other issues most likely. A responsive BOV is more or less the outcome of this. my personal recommendation to people in combination with this, is to use a soft spring. You want that sucker popping open the instant there is any sort of vacuum.

What spring rate? I think I’m running the 11lb spring but I’ve never opened it up to confirm.
