Ordered the shocks on 5/27/18, on 6/2/18, andy emailed me saying shocks were in stock but brackets had to be made, they would be done and ship on 6/10-6/13. Its now 7/2 and after sending multiple emails asking for an update with no response, Andy has gone ghost

I probably wont ever recieve the shocks or money. on 7/6 i asked for a refund, no response, 7/12 i asked for a refund again, that same day (7/12) he canceled the order. It’s now 7/20 and @AD-ENG still will not refund my $717.99 that he has now held since 5/27.

Almost 2 weeks since my order was canceled and @AD-ENG still will not give me my money. Hey @AD-ENG since you claim you refunded the money, why don’t you show everyone what an outstanding citizen you are by showing the money came out of your account, or are you waiting to sucker the next customer so you can pay me back?

I know he is horrible with time unfortunately he is a mechanic and engineer not business person but i have never heard or experienced him robbing anyone just horrible communication skills. But amazing products which i run a few. I don't think i would purchase again until i stop seeing things like this cause it isn't right but i do have faith you don't get screwed out of your money and hope in future i can purchase more ad products if they get their act together.

Finished the rest of my suspension this weekend. Just waiting on the drag shocks now. @AD-ENG says they were shipped out yesterday so we shall see. Hoping to get it to the track soon
