I know there are some threads out there on this but looking over them there hasn't been a answer yet or the thread(s) were left unanswered, ghosted with no follow up on this issue.I know its been a issue for a lot of people with these codes for cars running top mount single turbo, would like to know if most of them have fixed the issue and how they fixed the issue.
For me i have had this issue since May 2017 & have asked on forums but was left with no help & i just let it go just keep clearing the codes.

Just a little background. My car has 49,000 miles, orig miles, orig owner and maintain it fully ,i change my oil in Spring & Fall with XCess but now made the switch to Scaeffers 9000hd with good results so far.since going Single turbo just prior to these codes i have went through upgrades to make sure all in check, recently i have upgraded to a PR stage 3+ LPFP,new hpfp(2017),PR coils, just upgraded to index 12 injectors last week & coded successfully, ngk 95770 plugs gapped .022(Sept 2018) & run Methanol dual CM10 with a e30/e40 fuel mix in gas tank.Car is maintained well.

So now onto the issue.I have Justin(v8Bait) tuning my car and we cant get past these codes, seems after every log i do or sometimes when starting a log pull i get bumped to map1 for safety(running JB4 with bef),have logs from all when this happens.i run adv o2 sensors since problem started, never tied the stock o2's in place.i have mhd adv o2 box checked, now i though i might have found the answer,in the JB4 theres a section where these need to be checked
bit6 - Disable o2 pressure correction.
bit7 - Disable lambda adaption reset each startup.
these werent checked as to my tuner said not to,so i decided to check these boxes and after 3 logs car seems to be happy, well after that the codes were coming back as before, also i did have pins 19 & 20 removed in JB4,still using my rear o2's.

So i am at a loss here,i have reached out to Chris Kontos(who sells the ADV o2's)and tells me its in the tuning,Justin has been great and is a great tuner and he cant seem to rectify the issue on his side.Could i have gotten a bad set of ADV o2's?Is NTK o2's the fix?FORD Motorcraft o2 Sensors part # DY-1184 seems to be another choice as of late?could also installing O2 sensor adapter heat sink bung extender to exsisting help the temps a little?Or is this all a crapshoot,a guessing game at this point.Hoping to find closure on this.

Did you ever figured this out?
I am having similar issues
My trims got uber low then my afrs on bank 1 for to 17 and then I get code 2c2d . This happens randomly. Sometimes I get it in few days sometimes I get it in 1 week.

My issue stopped and hasnt come back.So far all good, think its a combination of tuning, learning maybe.im just happy its been gone.it could be the sensitive location of O2's with single turbo.its one of the caveats with single turbos top mount.

you can try the ntk or adv o2s but i hear the ntks are working good.the adv o2's are a hit or miss.my adv o2s are working still so if it happens again ill switch over

O2 shenanigans are one of the biggest annoyances for single turbo setups since they are pre turbo. The heatsyncs help, adv help, quality sensors not cheap knock offs etc. Contrary to what some may say, it's not just adv that need calibrated for pre turbo. Factory o2 sensors need table adjustments for singles that I'm positive not everybody changes. In fact I only know of one other tuner who does.

Jake Y was working on allowing for post turbo O2 but I think it got put on hold due to unexpected complexity in the logic. Unfortunate but it is what it is, we do the best we can in the meantime. As for Chris's fix it was nothing but flags I already had set standard for any ST. Anyway glad it cleared up but keep an eye on trims and afr periodically and reset adaptations occasionally if/when they stay to diverge is my best suggestion.

O2s caused a few issues when we started tuning my single turbo with V8Bait. Hard to pinpoint problems but suspected that ADVs I had bought previously were toasted through first effort tuning before V8Bait came along. With the help of Motiv some new ADVs were dispatched and with calibration done on new O2s the car has been sweet on a variety of tunes. Spanked over hundreds of logs in the last 12 months. But there is no substitute for perfect hardware and good heat sinks with single turbo and a tuner that knows their stuff. Cant tune around imperfect hardware.

I just installed my ADV o2 sensors on my speedtech kit, and now I'm getting these codes 2c2d & 2c2e. I have tried resetting adaptations without any good results. Any idea what the fix is for these codes? Lamba bank 1 and 2 start to go lean and I get a service engine light soon and my stft 1 and 2 gets stuck at 0.0. I also notice when coasting your stft should both read 234 from my understanding but with the new adv's it reads like 54 and 48, while it fluctuates which I found strange.

The ADV o2 sensors need changes in the tune. The MHD option for ADV sensors is only for those who use JB4 (Per Chris@Motiv). Your best bet is to have your tuner add the logic in the tune if they know how or get with Chris but that will mean switching to him for the tunes probably.

I spoke with my tuner and the ADV sensor check box option is not only for JB4 users just heads up.

Hmm interesting. This is just what Chris told me awhile back after I purchased some ADV sensors for Speedtech kit from Jeff and thought I could just do the same with the MHD check box...

" I normally dont support other sales of ADV sensors since i am the one who spent almost a year and countless hours calibrating them and making thousands of changes to the tune to get them more precise than oem sensors on a catless stock car are and my only reward for doing so is actually selling them, this was way before i owned Motiv. You can run them with the with the option selected in MHD but you wont have pressure compensation and the readings wont be accurate. Since the JB4 doesnt report true load normal driving through full boost, so even for me its a shot in the dark on what they are reading vs actual. Or i can implement the correct calibration and pressure compensation so that your fuel mileage isnt terrible during normal driving and you have proper calibration from 0-5-10-20-25-30, etc PSI of boost and you wont have to live with clearing thrust and coasting codes constantly, but i will have to charge $135 for that."

and

"The ADV option in MHD i made for JB4 users only since it doesnt use pressure compensation the same way due to EGBP reporting and load scaling, The Jb4 also has a 0.05V addition to the sense lines so the calibration as a whole is off.. So when used in flash only the AFR reading is more lean and youll probably get coasting/thrust codes from them not reading O2 levels off throttle."

After he did that the trims were looking perfect. Prior to it if I was on decel with 0 throttle the trims wouldn't ever reach 234.
