Wastegate Solenoids

I've been trying to troubleshoot and research the problem I'm having with my boost solenoids or whatever you want to call them.

One day my wastegates stopped working. Check all vacuum lines and they were good. Connected the vacuum lines straight to the wastegates and they started working again (solenoid bypass). Bought new solenoids and they didn't work. So how I'm running off wastegate and when I get on it the car goes into limp mode with Low boost code 3100.
Does anyone have any suggestions? ‍

If i recall correctly 3100 simply means your car is in limp mode, are there any other codes?

No other codes. When I get on it the car starts stuttering and blow out black smoke (catless) and sometimes shoot flames

Check your vac pump connections. and also make sure its actually pulling vacuum while the car is running.

Check at the vacuum tube at pump and keep working your way back for vacuum
