VRSF 7.5 IC Install help

Hello, trying to install this morning and while I'm trying to remove the front metal bar I'm stuck on removing the last screws holding the bar in. Is there an easier way than just using brute force?

There's a rivet holding the horn bracket on, you can see it in between the two studs. I could be mistaken but it might be riveted onto the other side of the frame rail. You can use a drill bit extension to lightly drill it out. There are two of these rivets, another one by the top two studs accessible by a hole in the headlight washer bracket. Again, not sure if that's stopping the crash bar from coming off

The rivet goes all the way through, just drill the head off.
