I have the X-Clutch Twin Disc Organic, I have about 100 miles on it or so and engagement in first is pretty tough. Are you guys using the clutch delay valve or did you modify or delete it? I just deleted mine and I'm thinking about putting it back in to see if it helps...

Mines doing better now at about 800 miles. Rapidly getting better approaching 1k. It was SUPER rough for the first 250-500. I'm CDV deleted with stock clutch pedal and a ~1cm clutch stop.

Hang in there.

What are you using for a clutch stop? I need to do something for mine when I put it back together...too much dead space in the pedal travel with the twin discs.

A clutch stop and removal of the cdv should be everyone's 1st mod for a manual imo.

The ammount of useless clutch travel is insane stock.

I run the bms clutch stop will all the foam pads and there is still bit bit of dead space but I don't mind it on my spec 3+ I assume it would work just as well for a twin disk.

Anyone have experience with removing the stock spring or the 'upgraded' clutch pedal from what's their name. I never got a firm answer on those two clutch pedal mods.

The upgraded pedal seems like it could be awesome, but I don’t have a running car, the time, or desire to give it a try...

Way over budget. Can't believe you said that out loud. Please everyone on or under budget speak up on this thread!
