Single turbo race gas factory DI only potential

Hello

If a single turbo with DI only, no meth, no PI, no shotgun. we feed it 108RON -109RON race gas, how much whp will it make most likely? of course I did a LPFP upgrade and some normal upgrade. stock motor and stock auto.

I am doing a single turbo of GTX3582R gen1 BB vband twinscroll AR1.01.
This turbo has 750HP rates and the most close one to this is a PTE 6266.

I have a phoenix intake manifold integrating the Port Injection. But I don't plan to use it. I have a phoenix 7.5 inch race inter cooler, the IAT should be good.


So in this setup, how much WHP will it make most likely ? and the safe boost level ?

I think the only DI upgrade solution for N54 is the S55 dual pump retrofit.

No, there's the single and double barrel as well. The S55 retrofit has not even been confirmed to work. Anyway, OP is asking how much he can get out of the stock pump in stock location, using race gas.

FWIW I did 665whp on a Dynocom, STD correction, running race gas with nothing more than an upgraded LPFP a couple years back. Did not think there was much more left in it...

600whp on dyno jet is enough

Dude, stop trying to internet dyno your car. If you can't figure out what mods to do on your own to hit your power goal, then I strongly suggest you don't try.

On straight e85 people can normally make around 440-450whp on the stock di system. E85 uses on avg 30% more fuel so on a non oxygenated fuel that’ll put you around 650whp

I just went to the dyno yesterday and managed to get 712whp SAE corrected on a JB 6266 and MS109. I had a little bit of meth but the hpfp is still in the original location.
