We have been out of coils for almost a month which is crazy we are known for keeping inventory of everything we sell. But they are finally here they were so late due to several freight delays we went and picked them up ourselves from the train yard warehouse instead of waiting on the truck.

So as our way of making up for being out of stock we are going to give back to the community with $100 store credit to the first 4 people that guess the closest! We will keep the guessing going until the end of the month but keep in mind that if 4 people guess exactly right they win so get your guesses in early!

Guessing closed at the end of the month and we are sorry for being late to getting winners posted. Below you will find who was the closest to guessing the number of coils which was 1,200 and the order each guess was placed. Guess 40 and guess 58 were both off by exactly 120 coils unfortunately for number 58 they didn't guess sooner! This was lots of fun and simple we will do the guessing game again in a month or two and give away more money!

I like this raffle setup. It's very transparent compared to other give away's that you're hoping aren't fixed results because there's no way to prove it otherwise.

Very rarely will you have something like this you can guess on however. Not to mention your fear of the results being fixed doesn't actually make them fixed.

As you can see from the photos below, I have only the options to draw the winner early. Otherwise it happens automatically. I can also say that you have only entered one raffle here, ever and it has cost you nothing. So I'm not really sure what your concern really is.

For more transparency, here are some of the options I have when creating a raffle. The raffle is 100% random, I do not do anything, including reporting the winner. It is done completely automated once I've created the contest.

This was in no way a negative blast to the way raffles are done on here and I apoligize if it was coming off that way. I was kind of referring to other raffles on another forum I entered and there was no way of saying if they were fixed or not, though the people who won made it seem kind of suspicious. I understand that this cost me nothing and it's no lost to me if I don't win as you stated. I have no skin in the game and I do appreciate that there is raffles on a regular bases, which no other forum that know of does. I just like how this specific raffle was done since I've never seen it done this way before. Again, not trying to come off disrespectful.

Everybody who participated seems to have read between the lines that the "guess the coils" contest was to guess the QUANTITY of the coils. I don't see that anywhere in the post. Is it there? I was going to guess that they are PRECISION RACEWORKS coils. Am I the closest?
