Using a VTT Valve cover with tapped ports…
VC——>Top of Catch Can—->Side exit of catch can exit “Radium” PCV valve~~~~>Intake manifold.
VC—->Top of Catch Can——>Side Exit of catch can “Radium” Check Valve —-VTA (or turbo inlet)

VTT Crankcase pressure vent oil fill cap
VTT Vacuum Relief valve (Spring carefully modified to acceptable vacuum range)

That’s mine…..many ways to achieve the same ish results none are actually wrong as long as you achieve the needed Vacuum/pressure range.

The breather cap does nothing to regulate vacuum, its suppose to "breathe" when theres excess crankcase pressure, not vacuum.

Do you have your EVAP hose running to your TB or has it been relocated to the intake manifold? If its relocated, be sure whatever you're using to plug the end of your TB adapter (where the EVAP is intended to connect) is not leaking. It also wouldn't hurt to check the end that connects to the TB while you're there. I'm not sure which company you went with for the TB adapter and also not sure if VTT gave me one for another engine by accident (b58 possibly?), but it did not come with any o-rings and would not connect flush regardless of what size o-ring I installed.

I switched back to my old BMS low side set up (VTT catchcan -> BMS external PCV valve -> BMS check valve -> BMS TB adapter), and have not had the 2D2E or any mixture codes pop up.

Following the VTT diagram to the T did not work for me... My car would squeal like a tea kettle a minute after a cold start and immediately if it was already warm.

VTT Cast aluminum valve cover
VTT dual catch cans
Vacuum relief valve
Blocked head ports

Currently running this catch can setup but having these codes. What am I missing? VTT sent me this diagram so I followed with it. I have not installed a breather cap. Is that the issue?
did you ever get this figured out. I am looking to add a cast VC but I have seen so much chaos in regards to PCV issues. That being said the fastest n54 in the world runs a VTT VC so the product CAN do what its intended to do does anyone know what PCV setup Ghassan uses?

Been running the oem style aluminum from Amazon and it's been fine just used oem gasket. Can still fit the engine cover to quite the injectors down.

did you have to make any modifications to fit the VTT catch can with the M3 cowl. I was told that it wouldnt fit (even by VTT) but it would appear yours fits fine without modification?!
