New Ford 8.8 differential prospect

I have been talking with Grannas Racing (A very big name in the Supra community as well as producer of 8.8 swap kit provider) about the issues I and others have had with acquiring a full 8.8 swap kit. Unfortunately I don't have any pricing to offer, but I do have his attention. He said if he has 10-15 people that are actually interested in this kit, as well as my car for a test fit/r&d that he would be willing to do it. Basically I'm trying to see who would be interested in a full kit including built Diff/mount, axles rated for 1k (I believe you can have them make some rated for higher), and a drive shaft. Chances are the price will be close to their Supra kits with the options checked correctly. Feel free to check their website out and please drop a post if you're seriously interested! My experience with the "company" called Ad-e has pushed me to search for a company that won't promise me 3 different delivery dates and then try to keep my money.

I think this is one of the times where you should definitely post on the FB groups too, as bothersome as they can be. Theres a lot of high HP guys out there who can build cars but cant use a keyboard so they arent on the forums as much.

This is something I'd definitely like to see launched and I might even use, but i dont know that i can 100% commit at this point in time with no cost info and when i want to finish some other stuff first. But I think Grannas could rest assured knowing they will sell much more than just 15 of these kits if they make it available as an "OTS" option, since they will essentially have no competition for an upgrade that a lot of people want but cant source the parts for.

I'll admit to perusing the FB groups at times, but I dont hold any clout in any of them other than a tiny bit in the private N54 Drag Race group which is like 64 members. I'm sure some of them would be interested if the price was right, but I think we'd have better success if someone like @doublespaces posted about it in one of the big groups.

I’ve started the process and we are going to work on getting all of this together in the coming weeks! But if I can show the interest is there, he’s willing to bump the importance of it up. You can pretty much use his website as a gauge of what to expect price wise.

Are they going to offer the CF drive shaft?

I assume standard 31 spline axles? Can they offer 35 like strange?

For $300 more or $150 an axle you get the pro axles which hold 1400more hp. Seems like a no brainer assuming they can offer the same or similar for this platform.
