N55 not hitting boost target, IAT's 130 under pull, and lots of timing correction simultaneously

Hello, My I have a 2013 E92 N55, Just got a VRSF Catless DP, VRSF Chargepipe, Injen "cold air" open intake, and MHD Stage 2 tune with stock intercooler. My car has 99k miles on it and plugs were changed at 51k. The car doesn't feel that fast and my buddys identical N55 E92 with the Stage 2+ map and a 7.5 inch intercooler beat me by about 5 cars the other night!

I did some logging and my IAT's seem a bit high and the boost is not hitting target. The ambeint temp was 55-60 outside and the IAT's climbed to 130 during a pull. timing correction is through all cylinders and peaked at -5.7 on #5. Can anyone take a look and maybe give me some insight on whats going on? Could it just be my stock intercooler cant keep up and its pulling timing or my plugs? maybe a mix of both?

Your boost is hitting target except the target is only 13 psi.

And it’s hitting 12 psi with high wgdc.

maybe you need to check for boost leaks / pressure converter / wastegate issues and the map as well ...

The Iat is not the issue.

He does need to eliminate boost leaks but that FMIC certainly needs to be replaced with an appropriately sized unit.

The stock FMIC leaked badly at the connections for me as well. Terrible design imo.
