yea still learning.

But I was supposed to finish welding the front suspension but I decided to use the aluminum oil pan instead. So I’m back at fabricating/cutting part again ‍♂.

That’s what the guys were saying 10 years ago about adding an S54 to a 2002 in 2009...
... and 20 years ago in 1999 about putting an S52 in a 2002...
... and 30 years ago in 1989 about putting an S50 in a 2002...
... and 40 years ago in 1979 about putting an S38 in a 2002.

I’m running .120 wall square tubing

Small case like the diff? I’m running e30 diff as well. So e30 front subframe fully modified and possibly switching it to tubular, e30 front suspension, e30 rear trailing arm as well as rear subframe

Nice! Yeah the 2002s and e21s are ussually equipped with "small case" 168mm or so diffs.

That e30 unit is a "medium case" 188mm diff, and is considerably stronger. I don't think you'll see too many issues with it other than the clutches
