Having a weird issue hoping I can get some help! 2007 N54 E90 single turbo with dual walbro 450s. Car ran fine for few weeks, never left garage just short start ups while worked on other things. Then one day would crank and no start. Lpfp is not getting full power. Ive tried 3 EKP modules (coded in all of them) getting 12v to ekp on main power wire, 2.7v at small blue wire key on and only getting 1.75v at the fuel pump connection, same voltage for all three 3 ekp modules. Have a spare set of wires spliced from ekp to fuel pump still getting 1.75v so I know its not wiring from the module to the fuel pump. The EKP appears to be getting full power but not sending it out, ekps are good tested in other cars. Any help or ideas greatly appreciated!

The pump is PWM powered (pulses, not constant voltage) so a basic voltage meter will not help you.
Did you log the car to check the pressure at the sensor?

Im getting no faults for ekp or fuel pump or anything related to the system. im getting no pressure at the sensor, the pumps are not priming. I tried to activate pumps in ista can hear a quiet thump like the pump is trying to turn but not getting enough current then nothing. Swapped oem pump back in and does same thing. I didnt think you could run a log without the car running, is that possible?

MHD log will run as long as the ignition is “on”. Also hook up battery to a charge and make sure it’s charged. I’ve seen a variety of problems creep up over the years because of low voltage. What codes are being thrown? What does ISTA+ say is going on, module-wise?

Ive never used mhd logs before dont feel like paying $70 just to see that i dont have fuel pressure any other reason to? I can see fuel pressures in ista and jb4. Battery is fully charged and always on a charger. No codes on mhd or ista for ekp or fuel pump or anything connected to ekp. Ista has communication with the module, but will not prime when tried to activate in ista and wont prime normally

Having the exact same issues, have you made any progress??

12v and ZERO to the pump
Also tried 3 EKPs
