N54 Single Turbo without BC =)

Greetings, my friends. Here is my first experience with a Single turbo N54. No MAC solenoid connected yet, so I'm curious about a number of questions, and I'd be grateful if the N54 Masters of the genre would give me some tips/advices. No money project ).

1. There is no vehicle speed sensor on the car. DME doesn't see the speed and gear indication (which I believe is calculated thru rpm x speed). This is a N54+ 6mt project. Can I parallell the signal from CPS to DME pin 17 (which is I believe related to Vehicle Speed Signal) so it can see any signal whatsoever. I figured out that the vanos is currently running on VANOS IDLE tables due to the lack of any signal at all.

2. Spool MAX RPM set 3600. Since the car has no VSS does it make sense to change this value? If yes, will it help to spool this giant GT40 quicker?

3. Fuel Mode 6. I set Fuel Floor (Min Cat Protection Mode) closer to AFR in the lower right corner of the Fuel Main table, but apparently this is not enough. FM6 is still visible in log, but now the AFR doesn't drops off. Any way to turn this protection off completely? Or is this the scourge of Manuels?

4. STFT - I know. Weird things happening with VANOS (You can see it in logs attached).

5. DME still thinks he's adjusting gates =) That's funny. I guess the fun part starts when I hook up the solenoid. I wonder how much different the hybrids tuning against ST?

6. THE LAST AND MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION: Is there any way to reduce the SPOOL timing? Any ideas like retarding timing + lean AFR to drop more gasses on blades? Something like this that could ramp up the spool.

I can try to help on the mechanical side.
What are your turbo specs?
What wastegate and spring, where is the wastegate getting boost reference?
You are already a bit lean before 4k RPM

All I know its Garrett GT40, equal-length low-side manifold. TIAL MV-R WG. Springs aligned per table (see pic). Boost reference - I think from the intake manifold. I don't know exactly ).
